Blink Credit - Terms of Use and Loan Application Conditions

Terms governing use of the Blink Credit application and loan application process.

Welcome to Blink Credit, a digital lending and financial technology platform designed to facilitate access to credit and financing products. The platform enables users to explore personal loans and other tailored financing solutions, while also providing technology-enabled services that support customer onboarding, credit origination, application processing and related operational processes for partnered financial institutions or lenders ("Financiers").

As a digital platform and lending service support provider, Blink Credit may perform certain outsourced or technology-enabled activities on behalf of its Financiers in accordance with applicable service arrangements. These activities may include customer sourcing, preliminary assessment, document collection support, monitoring assistance and collection-related support, as permitted under applicable laws and contractual arrangements.

By accessing or using Blink Credit, you confirm that you have carefully reviewed, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use ("ToU") along with the associated privacy disclosures and product terms presented in the application. Continued use of the platform signifies your ongoing acceptance of all terms, conditions, notices and obligations stated herein. Blink Credit may amend or update these terms from time to time.

1. Loan Application Conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Fees and Disclosures

You acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted all applicable charges, fees, commissions, interest, repayment obligations and the Key Fact Statement or equivalent product disclosure issued by the Financier. Applicable taxes, including GST, may be charged in accordance with prevailing laws.

1.2 No Additional Promises

Neither Blink Credit nor its representatives shall offer any incentives, gifts, rebates, waivers, approval guarantees or benefits beyond those expressly stated in the official product disclosures.

1.3 Incomplete or Incorrect Applications

Loan applications that are incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or unclear may not be processed. Any delay, rejection or inability to process an application resulting from such deficiencies shall be the responsibility of the applicant.

1.4 No Assurance of Approval

Submission of a loan application does not guarantee approval. The Financier retains full discretion to approve, modify, reduce or decline any loan request based on its policies, verification, eligibility checks, credit assessment and applicable law.

1.5 Information Disclosure by Financier

The Financier may disclose your personal information, loan details, repayment behavior, default information, security-related information or application records to authorized entities such as credit bureaus, regulators, financial institutions, affiliates, service providers, verification agencies or rating agencies for verification, credit evaluation, monitoring, servicing, risk management or compliance purposes.

1.6 Record Retention

The Financier and authorized service providers may retain application forms, documents, photographs, consents, logs and related records irrespective of whether the loan is approved, rejected, cancelled or withdrawn, subject to applicable law and data-retention requirements.

1.7 Consequences of Delayed Repayment

In the event of delayed, missed or failed payments, penal charges, late payment charges or other applicable fees may be imposed in addition to any contractual or legal remedies available to the Financier. Additional documentation or verification may be required for continued assessment or servicing.

1.8 Accuracy of Information

You declare that all information, documents, declarations and consents provided during the application process are true, complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

1.9 Permitted Use of Loan Proceeds

You agree to use the loan amount strictly for the stated and lawful purpose and not for unlawful, speculative, prohibited or restricted activities.

1.10 Politically Exposed Person Declaration

You confirm that you are not classified as a Politically Exposed Person unless specifically disclosed during the application process. If your status changes, you must inform the Financier immediately. Enhanced due diligence procedures may apply to PEP accounts.

2. Customer Declarations and Authorizations

You authorize the Financier to share your application details and supporting documents with affiliates, service providers, credit bureaus, partners, verification agencies or regulatory authorities for verification, credit assessment, fraud prevention, risk management, account servicing and compliance.

You confirm that you have read and understood all terms governing the loan, including the Key Fact Statement, sanction terms, loan agreement, repayment schedule, fees, charges and other product disclosures.

You declare that you are a resident of India and are legally capable of applying for and accepting the relevant financial product.

Blink Credit shall not be responsible for delivery timelines, performance, merchant obligations or quality of goods or services purchased using the loan amount.

In the event of loan cancellation, you agree to bear applicable charges on the utilized amount, if any, as set out in the loan documents. Processing fees may be non-refundable except where a cooling-off period or applicable law provides otherwise.

Any digital or electronic sanction communication is provisional and subject to final approval upon completion of documentation, verification and lender assessment.

Loan-related documents, including the welcome letter, Key Fact Statement, loan agreement and repayment schedule, may be sent to your registered mobile number or email address, or made available through the Blink Credit application.

If discrepancies are identified in statements, records or loan documents, you must notify the Financier or support channel promptly. Such notification shall not delay, suspend or cancel repayment obligations unless confirmed by the Financier.

3. Repayment Obligations

You agree to repay all dues through NACH mandates, bank transfers, UPI, payment gateways or other payment methods accepted by the Financier. You must maintain sufficient balance in the linked account to honor repayment instructions.

You shall not revoke, modify, block or interfere with repayment mandates without clearing all outstanding dues or following the process permitted by the Financier.

You authorize the Financier, where legally permitted and supported by valid consent, to access your credit score and obtain credit information from approved credit bureaus.

You consent to receive calls, SMS messages, emails, alerts or service communications related to application status, loan products, repayments, account servicing and related support, subject to applicable law.

In the event of inconsistency between these terms and specific loan agreements or lender-issued documents, the loan documents shall prevail.

4. Platform Usage Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, device access and account activity, and for preventing unauthorized access to your account.

7. Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources for convenience. Blink Credit does not control, endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, security practices or services of such external platforms.
